I recently brought a calf in that was in rough shape. They were able to get him in the same morning I called and went above and beyond trying to help it. Dr. Gunner was exceptional, he helped the calf and was very thorough about explaining what he was doing and what I should do to continue treating it. He even took the time to give me hands on training with how to help it. Dr. Gunner and the staff there are great, I would highly recommend them.
Everyone at Rocky River large animal veterinary clinic is great. One of the biggest things I appreciate is when they tell you that they will call you back, they actually call you back in a reasonable amount of time.
We've always had good experiences with the Drs./staff at Rocky River. They come to you in times of distress or just routine vaccinations and always in a timely manner. For all of this special care, I dont feel that they overcharge; the prices are what you would expect/hope to pay for these types of specialty services. And I love the new communication system they have set up, I knew exactly when the Dr would be arriving.
