“We just moved to the area from out of state. Caton Electric is who did the electric in our new build and after moving in, we reached out to have them add a few more outlets, dimmers, and to install a few high voltage items safely.

On the same day several hours after they left we just so happened to have our water shut off (well water) and all kinds of wonky things happen to our electric like no ac, doorbell going off, no laundry. I made a quick call to the owner Patrick who had a feeling he knew what it was but wanted to see us in person to help.

This was actually a Duke energy issue. We live in a new neighborhood and with all the new electric coming through Patrick knew that the amount of energy coming into the house from Duke was what was not functioning. He came out to chat with us and measure the input in front of us and he was right. He then got on the phone with Duke energy and told them exactly what to do and they were out here within an hour.

The level of customer service here is INSANE! Did I mention I called him on a Friday night after 8pm?

This is exactly why we moved to North Carolina. Thank you for the hospitality ??

“If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I've been without a stove for 2 and half weeks. Thought the problem was the outlet. Tried to fix the problem ourselves but were unable to. Called all around Greensboro to find someone who could come out within the next week or so and wouldn't cost us an arm. Finally called these guys, they came out in 3 days time and were the best quote I got. I thought I was going to have to buy a new stove, but they fixed it in no time flat and saved me a bunch of money! Plus, they were polite and professional the whole time. Are business relationship started through the failure of another electrician. Called Brian up and he was out that same day. Yes we’ve used other electricians when Brian got to busy through the years but we always rely on him for our main work.

We tend to get into more complicated jobs more than the average Builder/Remodeler. Yes we do normal jobs but when we’re moving a Kitchen or adding a Residential Elevator it takes a little more consideration, planning and thought to bring our clients dreams to reality. I contracted with their service department to install a 480V 3-phase power drop to a piece of industrial equipment that my company was installing at a customer’s facility. The work was performed by Kenneth and David and the project could not have gone better.
