Beco Inc. provides prompt and professional electrical services. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and respectful, able to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. They do a great job at explaining the issues and are very friendly. They go above and beyond, often taking care of more than what was asked for and helping to save money on supplies and labor. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they prioritize timely solutions and offer great hourly rates.
My Generac generator was inoperative Garland the service tech came out . Had the unit fixed in 5 minutes ! What really surprised me was that he was honest and informative . Him being honest and truthful is rare in society today. Scott Fitzgerald the service manager should be proud to have him as a experienced and honest tech! I will spread the word about Beco for sure !!
I see so many reviews complaining about cost of service. You need professionals when it comes to your electricity! You are paying for quality and reliability, both of which you will find with this company. Their technicians are well trained and their office staff is stellar. I spoke with Sandra in customer service, she was so kind, caring and helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a conversation with Nick in scheduling when I had an issue with time and he was understanding and courteous. When the technicians came to repair my issue, they were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. THIS is what you pay for and THIS experience is what will keep me coming back!...read full review
What a great company! Alec and Steven came out to put my microwave on it’s on circuit, plus replace some wires. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. They even vacuumed before they left! Thank you so much for being a company with integrity. Side note: DO NOT USE BLAZE ELECTRICAL….
