My Generac generator was inoperative Garland the service tech came out . Had the unit fixed in 5 minutes ! What really surprised me was that he was honest and informative . Him being honest and truthful is rare in society today. Scott Fitzgerald the service manager should be proud to have him as a experienced and honest tech! I will spread the word about Beco for sure !!
I see so many reviews complaining about cost of service. You need professionals when it comes to your electricity! You are paying for quality and reliability, both of which you will find with this company. Their technicians are well trained and their office staff is stellar. I spoke with Sandra in customer service, she was so kind, caring and helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a conversation with Nick in scheduling when I had an issue with time and he was understanding and courteous. What a great company! Alec and Steven came out to put my microwave on it’s on circuit, plus replace some wires. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. They even vacuumed before they left! Thank you so much for being a company with integrity. Side note: DO NOT USE BLAZE ELECTRICAL….
