I was seen at the Jacksonville location at the end of June for a dog bite. The staff was so kind and worked hard to get me back as soon as possible. Kirsten and her team moved quickly to get me taken care of and were very clear about follow up and how to care for my wound. They even called the day after to check on me. I am thankful to know that highly skilled medical professionals are right down the road if needed.
Always an excellent experience with Dr. Leonard! He takes the time to ask and answer questions and really seems to make decisions to better his patient’s health. The time in and out is always speedy.
I’ve been to urgent care many times but my last visit was great. I saw NP Dawn Zbikowski and she is amazing. They are always pretty fast when I go first thing in the morning. Dawn is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I know she sees 100 sick people everyday, but she always makes you feel heard and cared about.
