Dawn Zbikowski was the person I saw at urgent care, she was wonderful, she listened to everything I had to say and seemed like she truly cared about how I was feeling. I would love to see her full time. I also got seen in a timely manner.
We were there around 715 am and got seen about 745 and we're out by 815 am. All the nurses and Dr. Amy were awsome. I never have a let down with the Wilmington urgent care they are the ones whom caught my blood clot and started me on the right medication for it and I don't have to be on any medication for the rest of my life . Knock on wood. They treated my son with the utmost respect and explained everything to him and I. So I thank them for doing the best work ever.
It wasn’t overly crowded and I was seen quickly. The doctor didn’t rush me through. She explained everything she was going to do and told me to get on the patient portal so if I had questions or needed anything it would be the best way to reach her. I apparently did have an issue that they found with my tests and she sent me a message to get more meds which was done quickly so my treatment wasn’t delayed. After two days I feel so much better because they didn’t just guess they knew what I needed. I’m so glad they are available on a Sunday because going to the hospital in our area isn’t an option if you want to get seen in a day.
