I’ve been using the eye care center for last 6 yrs at least. I am very satisfied with their practice, staff , knowledge of their profession and the speed in receiving my new glasses. And they are so busy their scheduling allows you to book your ‘yearly’ exam at your present appt and not make you wait months and possibly forget to schedule one on time ( hope that makes sense).
Overall a wonderful experience for my elderly parents and me. Every member of the staff was kind, friendly and professional. I was so impressed by them! I would highly recommend this center to anyone.
Customer service was fantastic but I will say the selection for medicaid glasses were very unappealing people who have medicaid should have more colorful options. It seemed to be just a box of copy and paste either blocking black frame glasses or wire framed creepy predator glasses.
