FIRST light afency is an excellant agecy to have for lived ones. Their main attrubute is "client centerness ".which basically nwans the director matches the "clent " with a staff that matches the client needs ,personality, strengths as well as weaknesses. My father and I appreciate the service that he is receiving from this company. Our aide Shaun is an excellent caregiver. She is kind and very helpful. My father enjoys her company and appreciates the help that she provides him.I also appreciate how the company really works with my schedule. I don't work set hours and they have been very accommodating in working around it. They have helped make sure that my father can still receive care with my ever-changing schedule. It definitely makes a difference. I would recommend this company to families who need caregivers. Including those who have to deal with constantly changing work schedules.
