Hired this company post-release from hospital spending a week in ICU. No one showed up to provide care when scheduled & my husband had to call them to come. In 4 days I received ZERO care; all I got was my vitals checked 3 different times. Nothing was done about physical therapy, & a month later I am still having problems. Made many phone calls to the office attempting to terminate the company, but they never sent promised paperwork. I have nothing positive to say about this company, & would absolutely not hire them again, either for myself or a loved one.

Very unprofessional! Communication is terrible. This is all administrative. They accepted me but unable to provide services needed. They knew what was required. Can't replace workers that call off. Don't have staffing to provide services weekdays and weekends. Had I known this, I could have chose another agency.

Well Care is an exceptional place to work. Every morning when I come in I truly feel like I make a difference in our patient's lives. Senior management is so personable and understanding of any issues that may arise, and my fellow colleagues all share the same vision for patient care. When they say "patient centered"- they mean it. I've never before encountered such honest and hard working individuals. I really am proud to come to work each day. I couldn't recommend a better place to work or trust with my own family's care. Special shout out to Jacksonville for being the greatest office!!
