Best group of caregivers I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond their call!! I’m so thankful for each one of the nurses, psych, and pt/ot. So blessed to have them as my healthcare providers

Very unprofessional! Communication is terrible. This is all administrative. They accepted me but unable to provide services needed. They knew what was required. Can't replace workers that call off. Don't have staffing to provide services weekdays and weekends. Had I known this, I could have chose another agency.

Well Care is an exceptional place to work. Every morning when I come in I truly feel like I make a difference in our patient's lives. Senior management is so personable and understanding of any issues that may arise, and my fellow colleagues all share the same vision for patient care. When they say "patient centered"- they mean it. I've never before encountered such honest and hard working individuals. I really am proud to come to work each day. I couldn't recommend a better place to work or trust with my own family's care. Special shout out to Jacksonville for being the greatest office!!
