“My experience at Razor’s Edge was extremely disappointing. This location charges premium prices, but the quality of service, professionalism, and overall atmosphere did not come close to matching what customers are paying for.

During my last visit, the environment was completely unprofessional. When I walked in, one barber was reading a newspaper, two employees were having personal conversations, another barber was cutting a customer’s hair, and another employee was asleep on the couch near the entrance. His head was actually in the way of customers trying to walk in.

When I asked for a barber, I was told that the person sleeping on the couch would be the one cutting my hair. It took multiple attempts to wake him up, and when he finally got up, he appeared extremely groggy and not ready to provide a professional service. There was no way I was comfortable allowing someone who had just been asleep to cut my hair, so I left.

Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. I have witnessed other examples of unprofessional behavior at this location that made me question the overall standards and management.

A barbershop should provide a clean, professional, and welcoming environment where customers feel confident they are receiving quality service. Charging high prices requires a higher level of professionalism and attention to detail.
