Staff was really nice and know their stuffI'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great salon. My haircut was $16. The salon I had been going to raised their rate to $40 for the same thing. No brainer.

Had a great experience so glad that I got Lois again she is my favorite hairdresser. My hair is very curly and heavy and she always does an amazing job cutting and thinning out my hair. Thank you again Lois for another great cut I appreciate you.

I use the Great Clips App every time I go get my haircut because it’s my gauge of how busy they are before putting my name on the waiting list. Very easy to use and it will alert you when you need to head to the store. I have been going to the The North Points Commons Great Clips store for about 3 years now and the staff is always friendly, and customer oriented, which is why I continue to go there and a great price. Although I don’t have a specific stylist that I go to, K Bradley has done an excellent job each time. She always asks/confirms my haircut in their notes to make sure that’s what I want.
