449 N Wendover Rd Ste B, Charlotte“Amazing experience, extremely pleased. I called around to dozens of physical therapists in Charlotte to find someone who has knowledge and experience with the injury my 16-year old son is recovering from: screw fixation in the 15th metatarsal, resulting from a stress fracture. We met with Greg and there is no question that he knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable with this specific injury. He was thorough with his evaluation, patiently listened to and replied to all of our considerations and questions, and provided us with an actionable and measurable plan. Each of the other staff members who we met were also very friendly and helpful. I’m confident that we are on the right path forward with Greg and team at our side. Highly recommend.“

Strength is slowly returning. Ryan knew my goals and worked a treatment plan to address pain and mobility limitations as I recovered. He helped me condition to get ready to play golf. As of today, I am cleared to start playing golf. My surgeon said it can take people up to a year to recover from an injury like mine. I never felt rushed. Ryan listened intently every appointment to address whatever challenge I had and he tweaked or amended my course of action. I couldn’t be happier to have this injury, surgery and recovery behind me.“

Of Physical Therapy so they are professionals who are focused on healing, strengthening , and avoidance of injury. The Pilates classes are small and allow for individual attention. I highly recommend.“

He listens attentively and patiently and makes me feel heard. He is very knowledgeable and quick to provide modifications when the at home exercises weren’t possible due to weight/size complications without judgment. I would recommend Dr. Chase to anyone in need of physical therapy.“

1730 A J Dickerson Blvd D, Monroe“I went to Ambassador Physical Therapy because of torn rotator cuff that I've had since 2007. I have been to 2 other physical therapy places before Ambassador but they did nothing to help my shoulder. The first day I was there, Chris, my P/T, found where the weakness was and helped me to build strength in the damaged area. To the point where I can now use the machines at the gym with little or no pain. The whole staff, Todd, Chris,Tim, Caroline and Bethany are a great group of people who make you feel relaxed and right at home. Thank you all for the very positive experience.“
“My experience with Ana Marinho surpassed my expectations. I was referred to her after my thermogram results showed inflammation and several areas of concern. She was able to adjust my ribs and teach me exercises and breathing techniques to get the inflammation down in a very short amount of time. My thermographer was thrilled with the huge improvement she saw in my new images after only 8 sessions with Ana. Most unexpected was how skilled Ana is in the whole mind/body healing connection. I love her holistic approach toward healing. She explains things in a way that makes total sense and helped me in other areas also, like knee pain and poor posture. If you want a physical therapist who is focused, thorough and gets fast results, I highly recommend Ana Marinho.“

8832 Blakeney Professional Dr Ste 303, Charlotte“Over the years I have had experiences at quite a few PT practices. Elite is by far the best since they use a holistic approach to their care. The friendly staff incorporates exercise along with massage, electric stim, and dry needling as needed into the visits. They are patient oriented as well by considering personal requests during all visits. BEST experience I have ever had!“

“I compete in strength sports. My left shoulder, I have/had impingement that prevented me from getting full extension overhead without a great deal of pain. I had a competition coming up, and Dr. Josh was able to through a 6 session course get me to where I can now have full extension w/o pain.As part of the 6 session package, Dr. Josh was able to work on the mobility of my shoulder and then provide exercises and actually had me execute them while he was watching to ensure that I was executing properly. This was an awesome experience. Not only am I pain free, but I am educated on simple exercises to strengthen the small muscles that don't get the love like the larger muscles. Now I have more arsenal to apply to my training to become a more well rounded strength athlete.Additionally, at my competition, I tweaked my lower back. A muscle strain. I went into see Dr. Josh immediately after returning home. I went into his office in a bit of pain and doing things very slowly. I left feeling amazing with no pain. We are now working on mobility of the hips to enhance things like the squat and deadlift.Thank you Dr. Josh.“
