“Carson was my PT while I was a patient here. I’m a runner and while running isn’t his specialty, he was very knowledgeable and insightful about my knee and Achilles issues. I went from not running at all and only able to walk a mile to running a 25K!
Enjoyed every session and always felt like I walked away with valuable information.”
“I came to see Phil for help with a running injury starting a few months ago. He recommended me helpful exercises and stride corrections, and now the injury is healed and I am feeling stronger than usual moving into my next race. Phil has a reassuring presence and makes the process easy and collaborative. I would recommend him hands down. He has been a delight to work with and highly effective.”
“Cari is great. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Whether it is a one on one visit or one of the classes she puts on or a workshop you learn more about your ailment and how to bounce back better than ever.”
