I had an appointment for an eye exam for new glasses today at the Northlake location. Everything went perfectly from the start. Receptionist was welcoming, warm & courteous. The lady who performed the pre-test, kind and thorough. The dr was amazing! She was well spoken, clearly knowledgeable in her field and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. 10/10 experience! I made an appointment and went in, and was very pleased with the short wait times, services, and time staff spent with me! Curtis was very helpful and answered all the questions I had! He assisted me with finding the perfect glasses and getting me all set with contact lenses for the year! Will be visiting again!

Excellent staff overall, Mr.Curtis got me in and out in a heartbeat. Naomi at the front desk was so welcoming and joyful with greeting us and even made me few more confident when trying my new glasses on. 1000/10 years experience will always recommend this location
