She has a capable, firm experienced touch and techniques I have not experienced with other massage therapists. She is so in touch with her client's bodies and listens to client's areas of concern. Just as important as her competence, she truly cares for her clients and wants everyone to to feel better when they leave her table. Nina never disappoints and she is truly an incredible massage therapist!“

“The one thing you want from a massage therapist is competence, and Caitlyn has that in spades; professionalism, personality, value, and courtesy are happy (and very welcome) bonuses.I was astounded by Caitlyn's knowledge of the body. After many years of generic, repetitive, cookie-cutter massages from around the Triad that never seemed to be able to deal with my long-term pain, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Caitlyn. Within minutes of talking to me and assessing my issues, she was able to pinpoint the specific areas that were causing me pain, explaining the theory and process behind her treatment as she worked away. Never condescending or jargon-heavy, she was able to break down the causes of my issues in terms I could understand; she even gave me a set of exercises and stretches to complete on my own as a way to keep the pain away. As someone who is regularly physically active (and getting on the years), I can't recommend Caitlyn highly enough for alleviating the pressures we subject our bodies to on a daily basis.Rest assured, if you want a massage to make you feel good and simply relax, Caitlyn has you covered.
