“Dr Sykes has had a very positive impact on my health. She is a dynamic and compassionate healthcare provider with a great bedside manner. Her knowledge base is incredible in so many different areas and I trust her medical opinion implicitly, which is saying something since I am an MD. I started seeing her for back pain a year ago, but have continued to see her at least once a week since for a myriad of issues, including sacroiliac pain, spinal/vertebral issues, foot pain, knee pain, sensory and autonomic neuropathy, balance issues, and most notably, shoulder pain. I had recurrent biceps tendinitis for years and wound up with a shoulder cuff tear and severe shoulder pain for which I needed major surgery. She helped me get through the pain both before and after surgery, and played a big part in why my shoulder is now almost 100% at seven months post-op. My mother-in-law, who has many significant health issues including history of stroke with right-sided weakness, poor overall joint and spinal mobility, and obesity now comes with me weekly as well. I consider Dr Sykes to be a truly excellent chiropractic and naturopathic doctor, and highly recommend her to anyone!”
