I want to commend the high point location and the manager for redeeming themselves from a previously bad experience I had here. My concerns were heard and addressed above and beyond what I expected. I truly appreciate the time and consideration the staff and management took to fix the issue I had. Joie was my redo therapist and was truly amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and understood the type of pressure I was good with. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed and will definitely be booking with her again.

I absolutely love my amazing team at Hand & Stone. I have been getting much needed massage therapy and facial treatment for well over a year now. My ladies are Stephanie, Courtney, D and Gay. I will highly recommend them for a true R&R experience and self-care ladies and gentlemen. They become a part of your family and journey to a better you. Although Stephanie and Gay have left since, Courtney is my Esthetician for life and Ms. Victoria is a great massage therapist to reset your mind and body.
