I chose this office because of Nick Coolidge. It was wonderful. He took the time to listen to you and asked what he could do for you. He told you your options and also the consequences of each option. He realized that you knew your own body better than anybody, although he made the final recommendation and treatment plan, he wanted your input and participation in your that plan. There are too few providers now like Nick Coolidge. He left some big shoes to fill, and I don't think there is anybody at Bethany right now that can fill those shoes. Rae Lynn Absher is the best provider in the world. She gave me back the quality of life that we each all deserve as human beings as a basic human right her and the nurses in North Wilkesboro, as well as Lauren Beaver in Winston Salem, have give “me back my life again” I could not be happier and I cannot scream it louder from the rooftops how happy I am and if you could see a picture of me before I started seeing these two particular doctors and the team at both facilities, as well as Bethany medical center as a whole from the beginning to the end from the girls at the front desk until I check out if I have forms that need to be filled out if I have questions if I...read full review

My first 2 visits here have went exceptionally well. Front desk receptionist is friendly &made the new patient/check-in process fast &easy. Nurse is very sweet, makes sure she goes through questionnaires thoroughly &asks additional questions needed to clarify responses, always has an upbeat &active personality. Highly impressed &beyond satisfied with Dr. Arnaz. She is very intelligent &has managed to tweak my meds in a way that is better suited to my needs.She actually listens to you.
