Came in with horrible menstrual cramps, and 90% of the people here were amazingly nice, most especially Michelle who took my blood last night. I was in a lot of pain, and hate needles and she was VERY polite and distracting. I didn't even know she was done taking it until she said it was over because it didn't hurt, and she took extra blood in case they needed more for another test. She deserves a raise. Every nurse and medical professional on May 6th's night staff was amazing as well.
The Nurses Alley, Katrina, Jasmine, Katie & Ashley were phenomenal.The P.A Olivia on duty on May 7th not so much. We were told yesterday May 6th my husband was going home yesterday. Olivia is coming up excuse after excuse why he can't go home.
I recently had surgery here and everyone was wonderful from admissions - nursing- my anesthesiologist and Dr. Woodburn and her team.. I don't understand these reviews and I'm picky... It was very clean . organized...never was apprehensive..I appreciated the care I received!
