“Well, I went here today for a haircut. For the last 25 + years, I've gone to another barber. She recently retired from haircutting. So, I needed a new barber.

My son went to this same now retired barber so he too needed to find a new barber and he had started going to the Great Clips in Statesville, NC and liked it and recommended I try the one in Mountain View, NC - which is about 5 minutes from where I live.

So, I downloaded the phone app, which is supposed to help one know how long a wait you have to get a haircut and to kind of let them know you're coming. Today, I thought I checked in but apparently didn't because they had no record of me coming, but I still had no wait for my haircut.

A very professional young lady barber cut my hair. She seemed very skillful in her barbering as she cut my hair.

And when all was said and done, I had a really great haircut from her. No issues, no concerns. It's my understanding that you don't get to pick your barber. You just have to take whoever is available. If I had a choice, just based on how this young lady cut my hair, I would ask for her again, but hopefully, the other barber's are just as good! ?✂️
