Dr. D Brown gave me hope as a veteran. Great bedside manner, patient focused. Quality of life and healing is the goal of this practice. Dr. Browns nurse took her time with my intake and was so kind and patient. After being put through the wringer in the past Iām glad I chose Frye and Dr. brown they do not throw medications at you or immediately recommend opioids for chronic pain, they offer alternatives. Take my word the wait times are very normal for this type of practice, the best care takes TIME.
Arrive 30 minutes early for an established patient, WHY!!!!! They will tell you to arrive 30 before your real appt time!!! Dont fall for it. You will be there NO LESS THAN 2HOURS EVER!!! FRYE FIX THIS- Not professional Not helpful for anyone especially if you have muliple appointments the same day. You only see the nurse 5min. Doctor or NP 10min, why do I need to sit in pain waiting for 2Hours????? No reason for this. Either schedule less appointments or fix the waiting times!! This has been going on for years and getting worse. I will arrive 5 minutes before my appointment, how about having your employees DO THEIR JOBS PUNCTUALLY! FRYE FIX THIS!!! Patients are leaving.
Why does it take a minimum of 2 hours for every medication appointment??? Never less!!! DON'T BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT even though you will be sitting in the waiting room for a minimum of 45min. Why have appointments if they dont adhere to the times. Been going a long time. They are ok for everything else. Most office staff cycles in and out with other sites and are friendly for the most part. Doctors are good and do listen. Need to fix this horrible waiting. If its going to be 2 hours why do I have to be early? SOMEONE FIX THIS SNAIL PACE PLEASE!!!!! WAY OVERDUE
