When providing the estimate, he also gave a tutorial on how not to get ripped off, should I decide to go with someone else. Joe and his crew showed up promptly each morning, did the job quickly and professionally, and left the property neat as a pin. His bid was at least $2k under the nearest competitor, using the same materials offered by the larger two companies. My home will be 100 years old next year, and from my experience, I believed my historic home would be better served by Joe, and am confident that it was.“
