100% recommend Dr Poole. I've been going to him for about 14 years now. He explains things very well and is very thorough. He has always put me in the most comfortable contacts for my astigmatism. Unfortunately I won't need him much anymore because he recommended me to a wonderful lasik specialist (which was very successful btw) ?

Beware of price switching between what you pay initially and surprise billing. I left MyEyeDr with an invoice balance of $0.00. I then got a bill for an additional $35. When I talked with their offshore billing vendor I was told I had a balance of $25 due to an insurance adjustment. The doctors and the eye exams were professional but I'm still having difficulties with the progressive glasses I was prescribed. The reading portion at the bottom of the lenses is narrow and hard to focus. I probably needed a larger lens but the optician assured me that the frames I selected would be compatible with progressive lenses. My appointment was at 140pm and I am still sitting here waiting to see an MD at 240. I also work in healthcare so I can understand getting behind but this is a little much. Everyone at the office is nice but make sure you aren’t on your lunch break when you schedule an appt and you have plenty of time.
