Asheville Eye Associates provides exceptional service to its patients. The staff, including the ladies who size and order glasses, take the time to ensure individual needs are met. Dr. Yoder and Dr. Stone provide timely and efficient service, with prescriptions written and ready for pickup in a day. While there may be occasional technical issues or a wait, such as a 50 minute wait to be seen, the office strives to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. The front desk staff could be more pleasant, but overall, the experience is excellent, with great professional service from the doctors and staff.
The receptionist Ms Pace was cordial and efficient. The prep/tech (I missed her name) was efficient, thorough and friendly.. As always Dr Ardiolo reviewed, explained well, asked questions and answered mine. I had opportunity and did refer a friend to Dr A as well this afternoon.
First time I was taken on time for appointment at any ophthalmologist office. Everyone performed their jobs very efficiently. Dr. Yoder was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice and Sr Yoder in particular.
Dr. Crandall was very professional, as usual.
He asked questions and listened/responded carefully. His office staff were friendly and professional and well. Always a very pleasant experience.
