To say Kelly Maxwell is a hair angel in disguise is an understatement. I've looked several years for someone who knew or was a subject matter expert in hair regrowth, someone who actually understood or knew what the word trich or trichotillamania is. Someone who made me feel comfortable, and honestly, I was done being a number in a chair.
