Kelly Maxwell is absolutely fantastic! Her honed skills and attention to detail are amazing...a master at what she does. Long story short--I had been going regularly to a salon in SC, getting extensions and highlights. Little did I know how bad things really were with my hair, until one day it all fell apart...literally! Thank goodness I found Kelly! I messaged her and got a consultation right away.
