I was able to go straight to chair upon arriving. My attendant was very pleasant and professional. The experience was as expected hence the 3. The hair cut however was not. I receive a number 3 guard all over. Very easy however this time I had one side that appeared not to be completed due to it having much more hair left. It wasn’t really noticeable until I washed and the left crown was obviously longer. I will continue using great clips but was disappointed with this cut for $20
I’ve been coming here going on 4 years. I usually request Kendall to cut my hair, she’s my go to, but I’ve had a few of the other girls give me a cut when Kendall isn’t there. I’ve never had a problem and I’m always happy with my haircut…. PS - Word on the street is Stylist Shelby can throw down a crispy clean fade, so I’m giving her a try next time.
The atmosphere is great, stylist are pleasant to be around. One small draw back. It's either me not communicating well or the stylist not understanding the why I want my hair cut. Sometimes they get it right sometimes they miss the mark. See photo not a bended cut
