David & Stephen came by to give a diagnosis today, discovered quickly what the issue was and set things back until they could fix the whole problem (soon, hopefully!). Both very professional and friendly, which is lovely to see in a Father/Son Team!
A pleasure to deal with.
Consistently reliable.
