Brown Road is a first class company! Preston, the owner came out within 1 hr to give me an estimate on a new heat pump replacement. He is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. His pricing was better then all other guys! He and Mitchell, came out to do a full new install the next morning. They were neat, clean, and did an exceptional job. You don't need to call anyone else!
I’ve been considering central ac for years but every other company tried to upsell and made the process more complex. Preston did a great job listening to what I wanted and then in explaining my options.
Preston did a phenomenal job diagnosing the problem with my HVAC system.I was back up & running in no time! I won't hesitate to use Brown Road Heating and Cooling in the future!! 5 stars.
