I inherited an HVAC system after purchasing a home and when the weather got warm it was evident the system wasn't cooling. I found that Superior Comfort Systems installed the unit so I called and was told it was under warranty and someone would look at it. The tech told me they had serviced this several times during the last few years and there was something wrong with it. He added refrigerant which leaked after three days. Now, the first thing about this company is they don't answer calls. On average a call was returned four days later or if I happened to have caught them after numerous messages which was always answered with an excuse as to why they hadn't returned...read full review
