Great experience from setting up appointment to service work. I received texts about my appointment time on up to when the technician Alex was on his way. Alex is very professional with a great attitude and people skills. He explained what he was doing and showed great troubleshooting skills. Needed my whole spilt system replaced in my home and got multiple quotes from different companies and Glenn’s was the only one who didn’t try to add on extra things that were not needed!
