I was initially very happy with my daughter’s braids when we left the appointment on Sunday. Unfortunately, by the very next morning, the style had already started to deteriorate. There was a significant amount of white residue throughout her hair, and several of the braids were already unraveling.

My daughter did not get her hair wet, go swimming, or do anything that would have affected the style. She slept with a bonnet on, and the photos I took were from the very next morning.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SHE CUT MY SISTERS HAIR UNEVEN AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD GET HER A FULL REFUND AND WANTED TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REGARDING THE SITUATION I WAS TRYING TO BE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL BUT SHE WANTED TO BE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REGARDING THE SITUATION SHE BLOCKED HER AND HER MESSAGES WOULDN'T GO THROUGH.
