Omgosh, I can't say enough good things about this place. All the staff are so very nice and so willing to help. You're not a member long before they all know you by name!! The place is spotless and I've never gone in there and not be able to use any of the machines because they were out of order.. NEVER.. And the staff go out of their way to speak to you! I wouldn't consider going to any other fitness facility!!

Joined proehlific this year after getting Medicare. Free with silver sneakers program.
Everyone has been extremely helpful and attentive. Doug at the front desk is super kind and after the first time knows me by name and always asks how I'm doing. Never crowded when I go (about 1 pm) so I get in my exercise shower and I'm done!

This review is for the outdoor facilities, only.

We spent the day at the softball fields for a tournament this past weekend and I was incredibly disappointed. The organization of parking was a joke, and the facilities did not accomodate the amount of people that came into town for the day. This is not our first tournament, so we typically know to expect a few things. There was no place to setup a tent to create some shade, and boy was it hot! The consessions line was incredibly long and did not move quickly at all. That was the only location to get any food/drinks, so it was either that or take a risk on losing your parking spot to leave the park.
