This company is truly the Chick-fil-A of windows and doors. They offer high-quality products in a wide range of styles to fit just about any budget. What really stands out, though, is the care they show—you can tell they genuinely value their customers and understand that great service is what drives their business. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality and customer care so well. Highly recommend!

Failed window sash in a large custom unit. Bottom wood rail is rotted from condensation between the glass. Admitted design flaw. Single sash can't be replaced per their sales person. Pella says buy an entire new unit at >$17,000.00 and all money is due before install is complete! Yeah..... right.
At the time of building this addition, 2003 my order placed with Pella included: large double entry door with sidelights, five single casement, two double casement and the large custom six light window. In other words My cost was $thou$and$ of dollars. And they won't stand behind their product in any way, shape or form.
Be forewarned! Plenty of other high quality window and door manufacturers out there!

I spend more money than I care to admit on a new front exterior door from pella. The door would be great if the door knob would work! I bought the door in Sept 2024. Installed after Thanksgiving 2024. 2025 door knob stops working. Can get out. Had to take off the door knob to rig it to stay open and only use dead bolt. Well the new parts come and they reinstall the fancy locking mechanism and door knob. It still doesn't work smoothly, gets caught and uou had to jiggle from inside. Which sucks when you host family and they think you have a normal door knob but your door isn't securely closed and it blows open and your dogs get out.
But here I am today, door is not working again. I have to use the deadbolt again to securely shut my door.
I would NEVER recommend Pella exterior doors. Waste of money!!!! I can't replace the door knob because of the fancy locking mechanism. Having my hands tied sucks. Such an amazing disappointment!!

He was friendly and polite during his time here. I was delighted with his willingness to repair the issue without a sales pitch for a door replacement. Trucker review: Kinda slow on the unload because they cant use a forklift to unload the product given how its loaded. But otherwise its fine. Id come back here.

Alex was very personable, professional and knowledgeable and understood our likes and dislikes in the design of our front door. He was upfront about what to expect during the installation process and also came backout the following Monday with Tim who took all of the measurements of the doorframe. That kind of attention to a customer is important and he didn't just hand us off to the next guy. Would definitely recommend Pella to friends and neighbors.
