Michael & Son Services has great service techs who are on time, thorough, knowledgeable, and explain things in detail. They show and send pictures of the finished work. The company's techs are professional, personable, and communicate well to ensure customer satisfaction. They do excellent work, including installations and repairs, and follow up to address concerns. Customers are happy with their performance and would recommend them to others. The techs are also praised for being genuine and nice. Overall, Michael & Son Services provides great service and quality work.
