I needed a new HVAC system, and my home warranty provider was offering low tier options and the contractor was giving half-ass service.
Call Dad was referred by Duke Energy. The rep came out to the home, first impressions was clean vehicle with matching uniform. A thorough evaluation of my HVAC system and listening to what I explained I wanted, Cody (Rep) was able to present me several options.
Once I made a decision of system and payment options I was scheduled for install in 2 days! The constant contact (text) we just enough, never overwhelming. I knew arrival time and even photos of the techs that were coming onto my home. There super polite, answered questions and work boot covers in the home. I work from home, and they were not loud; theyeven gave me a heads up before drilling or banging.
When complete, thorough clean up!
If this was my install experience, I expect the future service will be top notch as well.
We received a visit from Tracy of Call Dad for an estimate for 2 HVAC systems. Tracy was very personable, understanding about our situation, and went above and beyond in this estimate visit, looking at our concerns personally and taking the time to explain concepts with analogies, photos and examples.
He was highly knowledgeable about HVACs and the laws surrounding replacement units.
We felt very comfortable with him in our home and felt confident that this company was truly a company where you are treated respectfully with your time and money.

I was very impressed with Dustin. He was here bright and early on Sunday morning at 8 AM after I put a call in on Saturday night after a lightning strike. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly professional, and an excellent representative of your company.
