Worst service ever. Called to have boiler fixed. Told could not schedule because service manager was out and would not be back in until the following week. Called the following week told they would be there ASAP. Came three days later. Told I had a bad pump. New pump arrived three days later. This did not fix the problem. Told I had a bad transformer. waited two days. This did not fix the problem. Told I had a bad stack switch . Waited. Three days later told they would be there that afternoon. Did not show up. Called this morning, told the the person who was supposed to work on the boiler was not in yet. Still no call. Still waiting for service. Their website says 24/7 service, no way. I will follow up with new review if they do not come by this afternoon. Update: Tech finally arrived. Seem to locate the problem. Bad thermostat. Hopefully this will solve the problem. Bill Burckley
Chris and Wes and Andy all were great... As usual. Helped us navigate our boiler failure and associated frozen pipe issues with the cold weather. Been working with them for a few years. Thanks
