Berico has been exceptional in their service for years. The staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. I especially want to give June in the office a shout-out, she the epitome of customer service. I highly recommend Berico.

Greg was most helpful in inspecting my fireplace and informing me that it is in good condition. The office personnel, were most helpful in setting up the appointment. Highly recommend this company.

The Berico representative was scheduled for my fall service, and he called a few minutes before he arrived, on time! Rod was friendly, thorough, professional and kept me up-to-date as he was progressing. He worked on two heating systems as well as gas logs. Great Job!
