I had my unit installed but they will not call back or service unit so I contracted with Rex Air only to be told and showed that the unit was not properly wired. Control box was installed single stage unit need double stage control. I am paying additional $300 pplus to correct the issue. Dont use tri city go with pros and get it done properly and professionally.

We hired these people for a job, and accepted a quote that we felt was pretty steep. Unfortunately, not only are they expensive, they are also incompetent. After paying a fortune for their sloppy job, we had to hire actually professionals to fix their mistakes and complete the work.
