Have been going there for eons. Seen a lot of docs there. Dr. Stephen Fry is the best one!!!! Went there yesterday and seen another doctor, was not impressed. I wanted to see MY DR. FRY, but was booked up. So on my way home I called the practice and made an appointment to see DR. FRY!!!! He's the BEST!!! From now on if I can't see Dr.Fry........I'll just suffer until I can get an appointment with him. I love me some Dr.Fry!!! ❤❤❤

I had no trouble setting up an appointment and working with reception, everybody is patient and does a great job clarifying any questions or concerns that I had. Dr. Jordan was great with assessing my concerns and was thorough when discussing my health.

This is a mixed review. Though the care and kindness is great, the call wait time is HORRIBLE!!! Each time I call, I'm lucky to have my call answered before 20 mins. Today I called FOUR times and each call I was on hold from 10-16 mins before hanging up...a total of 50 minutes of trying to get through. NO ONE has time for that!!! Get more receptionists!!!Update: Since writing the previous review, the call time has improved immensely!
