I have been going to this practice since I moved to Greensboro 13 years ago! I love my provider and the practice. They have always been the nicest people and so easy to work with. Lately when drawing blood -- the techs haven't been able to find a vein to draw from in my arm, HOW ABOUT A HERO TODAY!!! Miss SUE (Suzanna (sorry if I misspelled)), found one, didn't poke twice and was such a wonderful personality to be around! Recommend her any day!
I’ve been a patient of Eagle Family Medicine at Guilford College for years and have received exceptional care from Dr. Ryan Welborn and the staff. Beyond their friendliness and attentiveness, they communicate well and respond fast on the patient portal. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Welborn.
Disappointing experience with my Medicare wellness check-up today. Waited over an hour to be “seen”, only for the doctor to to pop into the waiting area, ask 3 rushed questions, grab my forms, and send me on my wait. No exam, no discussion - felt like a checkbox exercise. Other parents seemed to get more attention. Felt disrespectful and mistreated. Not what I expected from a wellness check-up.
