Elaine at the battleground location is so thoughtful and joyful. She made my shopping experience wonderful. Her hand written thank you card was the best and most impressive touch that I have seen in a customer service setting. I truly appreciate this type of customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Rebecca just walking in off the street (without an appointment)! She addressed all of my concerns, she's very honest, and I left there very happy! I adore the eye shadow sticks -- a real game-changer for me, and I also loved and bought the Total Finish foundation after Rebecca and I tried several different colors to match me perfectly.
