“Every person in this building is so awesome & friendly. I was a walk-in and they got me in super quick. They had a bunch of great promotions going on that made it super affordable without vision insurance. They were even able to fit my new prescription into my current pair of glasses that I lost the lenses for. They took the extra care to make sure the lenses would stay secure because I have had issues with them falling out in the past. Amazing experience. Thank you!“

“The doctors are great and the optical shop people are nice but the service that the optical shop provides is not what I would expect when spending almost $1000 out of pocket for a pair of glasses. They will not call you when your stuff comes in, the quoted range of time to recieve your stuff is never accurate and they generally have no idea or explanation as to why. You will most likely just have to wait for your stuff with no realistic recieving date and you will have to call to see if your stuff is there regardless of if they say they will call you back. Twice they never called me about my glasses and now they have no idea why my replacement frames are not coming in on time nor do they have the ability to find out why. I would go here for eye exams but I personally will personally not be buying my next pair of glasses here if things do not change for the better. This is without a doubt the one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an optical shop.

“I was able to schedule an appointment for 5pm (their last appointment time) which was great. My daughter didn't feel uncomfortable with the doctor. The ladies in the front were chatty and eager to help her find the perfect pair. Walked out very satisfied and my insurance helped with the great feeling. I'd definitely recommend for first timers.“
