What a great experience!The entire staff (everyone) was kind, compassionate, friendly, helpful and very professional!I needed to be seen to rule out a retinal detachment. Long story short I was advised to go to the ER. After a search online I found Battleground Eye Care and I’m so grateful.Dr. Scott has a great bed side manner and sense of humor which is rare.10 out of 10 recommend Battleground Eye Care!! Thank you all - you’re amazing!

Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I’ve been a patient here for ten years now and they really go above and beyond. They even texted me to tell me how much allowance I had left for the year through my insurance so I could be sure to benefit from it. Amazing!

Had a VERY PAINFUL corneal abrasion. My regular eye doctor wouldn't get me in and wouldn't get me the drops I needed. Jon Scott got me in the SAME day, expedited the intake process, charged me one fee (cheaper than other eye doctors), took my insurance no problem, and when I came in with severe pain, they instantly put the drops in my eye - left the lights off so I could collect myself after all the pain my entire face was in -- then they came in and did all this extra work to take care of the root cause and get me back out the door with the proper Rx and then texted me personally the next morning to check on me.This is my new eye doctor. Full-service family eye care, including annual exams, urgent care (eye injuries, infections, etc.), contact lens service and sales, eyeglass sales and service, chronic eye disease management (glaucoma, cataracts), plus, we work very closely with the elite surgeons of the Triad when surgical treatment is necessary. Dr. Scott, a keratoconus expert, is one of the few specialists in the state with over 20 years of experience fitting complex contact lens patients with scleral lenses, piggyback lenses, gas permeable and hybrid lenses.
