Very detailed, and efficient company. We needed a whole new system including ducts. This company was able to get this large job done in a day. We are very appreciative and grateful!
I have a 9 year old ARS HVAC and have used them to maintain my system. I have issues with the lack of specifics provided when asking about services the technician says is needed. Pictures of how much rust, what my pressures are, the draw from my fan motors etc. A call back and request for this info from a service manager has gone unanswered. They are not always dealing with people who do not have a clue. My quotes were high even for filters and bulbs which are a 15 minute job. Lack of info and take my word for it recommendations are not popular these days. Once the technician (Andy)arrived, he was efficient and effective. However, I scheduled a service time between 10-2 (and was told twice they were on their way) but it was after 5:30 when someone finally arrived.
