Due to the unpredictability of the temps this spring and glitches in my schedule, we had to reschedule the AC maintenance check several times. They were very understanding and patient. William was right on time, very courteous, willing to explain everything and efficient. I will certainly use them in the fall for the check on my heating system.Service: A/C system maintenance

Shamrock's support staff were friendly & scheduled a visit to our home quickly. Bobby was our HVAC technician, and he was super helpful! He also gave us several suggestions for using our HVAC system more efficiently - it's been several months since he came out, and everything is working well. 5 stars - thank you!

Shamrock Heating and Air service has been great. They are responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. From Shela in the front office to William, Joe, and Bob who have helped us they are a professional team. Our older air-conditioning unit failed us this spring and the replacement part is back ordered due to the Covid shutdown. With William in the lead, they were able to get our old unit working temporarily as we await the replacement part. It took some creative thinking and hard work to make that happen.
