5002 High Point Rd, Greensboro“This is an easy 5-star rating. Cat Care Hospital is the best! First, I love that this is a cat-only facility, so it's quieter, cleaner, and much calmer for our cats than a normal veterinary hospital. The veterinarians and technicians are kind and responsive, even if it's a follow-up phone call. The doctors have always taken the time to explain things in detail, and it's apparent they genuinely love cats. Aside from routine check-ups, they've helped us with medications, surgeries, and, unfortunately, with the loss of one of our cats. The latter was followed up with a kind, handwritten letter from the entire staff. If you want a great clinic for your cats, this is the place to go!“

712 College Rd, Greensboro“My dog has never liked going to the vet, but since covid she has become a bit reactive with unfamiliar people. This of course only increases in stressful situations, like going to the vet. Finding vet care for her has been difficult and it has always been a highly stressful experience for both of us. We decided to try Friendly Animal Clinic this time around as her previous vet had changed ownership, and I'm so glad we did. While my dog was unable to be examined the first time I brought her in, the doctor used this as an opportunity to build rapport with her while we came up with a plan that would better suit her. I brought her back in following the protocol suggested by the doctor yesterday, and she was able to have a full examination done, and other than a couple brief moments, had no issues with reactivity. She was even wagging her tail, accepting treats from staff, and laying down at some points during her visit. The care and effort they put toward making my girl more comfortable did not go unnoticed and unappreciated. This will definitely be our home vet from now on!“

2450 Battleground Ave, Greensboro“This is the best experience I have ever had with a vet. They treated my cat with such care and were so kind to me as a very anxious cat mom. She came home and went right back to how she usually is, completely unphased by the vet visit! Definitely recommend.“

809 Chimney Rock Ct, Greensboro“This vet clinic is one of the best in Greensboro. I've gotten 2 of my girls fixed here, and it's always been such a pleasant, reassuring experience with a procedure that can be anxiety-inducing. Clear communication regarding appointment making and aftercare. It's always such a treat to see the kitties in the lobby, as well. This location also partners with the Guilford County spay/neuter voucher program, and provides a very valuable service at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you for what you do for the community and our beloved fur babies.“

“This was the best animal hospital for my fur baby Chance. I had to unexpectedly euthanize him this past Tuesday and they were very kind. I always appreciated Dr. Klein and how she would talk about Chance. The last doctor I had for him (elsewhere) always had the most classist conversations how much care I could afford. I appreciated how I never felt 'less than' as a dog parent because I couldn't afford certain treatments. They understand that people are just doing the best they can, and if we could do more $$ we would do more for our fur babies. I really wish I would've had him here for the entirety of his life, but at least he got the best care in his final years at North Elm.“
