They were able to diagnose and give end of life directions to help me navigate until it was time. When it was time, they talked you through each step. I wasn't a regular customer but they treated me like one!
Then to go above and beyond they handled the after life process, made sure I had memories of my beautiful Keke, and quick to get Keke's ashes to me.
