“Thank you so much to David and Zach for helping to resolve a 4 month long fly problem in a spare bathroom. After paying $300 to have a toilet professionally installed (I won't name who) I started noticing one or two tiny flies over the course of a month. Didn't think much of it. I actually thought they were a fruit fly or a gnat. I started noticing a lot more over a period of a month. Purchased several Zevo's and put them throughout the house. Meanwhile I was investigating where they might be coming in from. After doing some research I discovered they could be drain flies so I started covering up my drains on my tub and sink along with the overflows and treating them with Bio Drain. After 3 weeks and still seeing these pesky flies, I knew they were coming in from another source. After a process of elimination the only thing that had been done recently to that bathroom was the new toilet installed.

I called on a Friday and spoke to Brenna and told her the issue I was having and she immediately got me in that afternoon. David and Zach came at 4pm. They pulled up the toilet and lo and behold that was the source of my problem. They immediately tackled and fixed the issue that was causing the breach to allow the flies to come under the toilet. What I appreciated more about these two gentlemen was they wanted to find the issue ASAP. Here it was 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon and they could have said they would be back on Monday, but no they wanted to fix the problem right then. I have spent quite a bit of money, time and frustration trying to combat this problem when it was a previous plumbers failure to secure a flange properly. I will definitely be requesting these two gentlemen in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again, David and Zack“
