“Yes I am a customer, well my cat SADIE is-lol, and we are very content with all aspects of the Veterinary care we receive at Plaza Vet in Burlington, NC. First time I have had a pet as an adult and am in my 60's. Was unsure of the processes needed to ensure my SADIES' well being, but everyone at Plaza was welcoming and patient and you could tell they actually LOVE animals. Not just a job for them. Listens and communicates well as far as necessary services and the even more personal needs of the animals-and their humans as well! Keeps in contact via texts, calls or emails (you tell them which is better for you) and I am confident my SADIE is healthy! Plaza gives me that piece of mind needed to be a successful pet human.“
“A time or 2 Missy or Max needed to be seen & they got them in & we really appreciated that! They really seem to care about our precious babies! Missy is no long with us but we still have Max & recently got Ellie! We needed to make sure Ellie was ok, we weren't sure every thing was done before we got her! She is now free of fleas & worms!“

“We had an elderly dog with chronic issues who unfortunately came into an acute pain issue. Our normal vet refused to even speak with us about it due to her chronic issues, stating there was "nothing they could do". Certainly if an animal is in pain, there is something that can be done; at least looking her over. I called Dr Tickle's office as it was the first one I googled. When I went over the issue with the receptionist, she put me on hold and a second later Dr Tickle herself picked up. She worked our beloved animal in that day. We tried our best over the next three days to help, but ultimately our Sofia succumbed to her pain and we had to let her go. When I called, Emily was lovely to speak with and so we started our last ride with Sofia. The second receptionist I spoke with was not friendly, however I refuse to let one not so nice egg ruin the bunch because Dr Tickle and the remainder of her team we extremely caring and talked us through every painful step of saying goodbye. We will be taking the rest of our fur family to Burlington Animal Hospital based on our experience. I'm so thankful we were able to say goodbye with someone we trusted. I can't thank Dr Tickle enough for her care and compassion.“

“Unfortunately my dog got into some poison, town and country was the closest place open in Burlington. There was only one veterinarian so we did have to wait about an hour, luckily my dog vomited most of the poison up already so we waited and they gave us some activated charcoal to take home to help with her stomach.“

“I would like to say what a professional, compassionate and caring experience I had with Dr. Tickle and staff on Sunday, 2/19/23. Their expertise was displayed as I brought what to me is my “child”, into this facility for end of life care. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do! My head knew one thing and my heart broke! Dr Tickle was very compassionate and comforting to me and to my dog. I know I did what was right and knowing that they understood was very comforting to me. I could not ask for a better place to go in an emergency situation for animal care.“
“Been to All Paws 3 different times in 2023. The vets and the staff were all wonderful! Very caring and very compassionate! Saved the lives of our beagles each time! Expensive? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. Time consuming? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our furry family is worth it. Thank you for being here in Burlington. “Absolutely the most professional staff and veterinarian that I could have asked for! My 9-year-old boxer mix was jumping into the car and ripped her front toenail completely out of her Paul as I was on the phone with Phoenix Animal Hospital they were already waiting for me in the parking lot when I got there and they rushed my dog right in and had her fixed in less than 30 minutes they are absolutely amazing and highly recommended“
