Thank you so much...the doctor and staff were absolutely amazing! Our golden retriever, Callie had to be put down, one week ago today. It was definitely an emergency, around 1:30 in the morning our sweet girl had severe seizures. It was a horrible experience, I just needed her to be out of her misery as she had been dealing with other health issues. I called ahead and they were so helpful. They came out to our vehicle and carried her in as she had almost passed. I stayed with her, it's always so heartbreaking but would never let my babies pass without me by their side.

I had to put down my best friend Saturday and the male working there was so extremely unsympathetic and rude, it made my experience 10 times worse. My dog collapsed right infront of him and he didn’t help. He was very nonchalant and monotonous when explaining that I had to pay 500 + for an xray and I was crying my eyes out because my dog was in severe pain right infront of me. He had absolutely no sense or urgency in the situation whatsoever. The young lady with orange braids was so soft spoken and nice I really appreciate her. The entire situation was heartbreaking and to have someone that rude being the first face you speak too while dealing with pain is NOT good...read full review
