For 17 years we have been full-time RV'rs and we were having a problem with some of our 12v lighting working and some were not working. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Prior to them arriving I found the issue and was able to resolve the problem myself. I called to cancel the service and found out they were already half way here, so I offered to compensate them for their time and fuel. They said don't worry about it, and thanked me for calling to cancel. This is the kind of company that Keeps America Rolling, mechanically and because of their kindness and generosity!Service: Electrical

On Saturday we were camping for the weekend at Kerr Lake campground when we lost all power in our camper . Kerr lake maintenance came to the site and repaired the electric pole but our camper still didn’t have any power. We called Keystone and spoke with a RV tech he advised we would need a RV tech to come out and diagnose why our camper still did not have power . We called the number he gave us and there was no one available . Kerr Lake advised to call the RV services on the map for assistance. We called Mitchell’s RV and Mitchell’s Rv referred us to N.W.O.A camper repair . We called spoke with Wayne , Wayne was so helpful, even on his day off he came to the camp...read full review

We needed our sink repaired in our RV, called and they came out to the camp site the same day. Service call was $100 and labor $100 per hour excluded the parts, reasonable price for a last call fix, but I really appreciate the quick turnaround.
